KNOW YOUR LIMITS, SET YOUR BOUNDARIES

A one evening (or afternoon) workshop to start you on a path to better self-esteem, self worth and balance in your relationships!

In this group we will:

explore barriers to self assertion;

learn and practice skills for setting limits, managing your pushed buttons and coping with your button pushers;

and, learn the art of the apology: how to get off the“paying the price” treadmill.

Session dates and times to be established with a minimum of 4 registrants.

Fee: $40 for 3 hour workshop
